    I have been working at Electrolux full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

    Multinational and multicultural company. This adds incredible value (and challlenges) to teams as different perceptions, ways of working and viewing things, both the little details and the big picture, come together to form a more complete image of the current situation, what must be done, how has to be done and most important why should be done.

    Cons

    The structure of the company must be revised, too many levels and layers make effectiveness, communication and decision making inefficient.

    Advice to Management

    Make sure to create spaces where each employee has the opportunity to express with the confidence that his/her views and ideas will be heard and even implemented. People in non-management positions live the business every day from a different perspective and are the ones who have the knowledge of what strategic decisions made by the management will work and which ones may actually cause a harm to the company.
