I worked at Electronic Arts full-time (More than 5 years)

    Pros

An amazing culture of people, with great freedom to be yourself and awesome perks and benefits befitting of a fortune 500 game styudio.

    Cons

Management is so overzealous on saving money, stupid choices regarding outsourcing and short changing the consumer are made. Not always ideal work life balances. Poor managers tend to fail upwards 3 times as often as being identified and corrected, meaning that most problems cannot be easily handled with management and you have to just put up with it.
