Pros

great work/life balance, good management who takes acknowledgment in their employees

Cons

None that I honestly saw. The internship is unpaid but I was expecting that.

    There are many talented people to work with. Some of the projects are interesting.

    Cons

    Weak compensation, few 'perks', crappy, run-down building, sweat-shop mentality.

    Pros

    1) Great Talent at the lower level
    2) Latest and Greatest of the technologies
    3) CXO leadership is good.

    Cons

    1) Too Political an environment
    2) Not a great place if you want to grow up the chain.
    3) Decision is consensus driven.

    Advice to Management

    1) Make the leadership at lower levels accountable and support them.
    2) Decisions should be made at the speed of thought
    3) Remember, employees are your IP. Treat them like that.
