I have been working at Electronic Arts full-time (More than a year)

Pros

Smart people to work with, gym, cafeteria, soccer field and other great amenities.
High industry pay, and great benefits.

Cons

The continually shifting market place makes shifts mid project a fact of life.
Have not been historically good at creating new IP, and have acquired most major franchises.

Advice to Management

Create a few internal IP's by letting passionate people on the teams create designs and submit them, and reward them in some way for the attempts that are promising.
