I have been working at Electronic Arts full-time (More than 10 years)

    Pros

Informal work environment. Flexible working schedule as long as the work gets done. Good people having fun together making good games. Not much political BS. Crunch time does exist, but it is has improved from the past and is manageable.

    Cons

Having some gameplay and technical mandates from outside the studio stifles creativity and ability to just get stuff done.

    Advice to Management

Trust us to make good games and get out of the way.
