I have been working at Electronic Arts full-time (More than 10 years)

Pros

Great work environment, excellent benefits, attractive campus, good people, engaging work.

Cons

Occasional work/life balance issues, constant "on", lots of bad or inefficient process, flat org with limited opportunities for professional growth for most positions.

Advice to Management

Work on building a cohesive culture across studios and orgs. Invest in operational reform to unlock efficiencies and hidden value

I worked at Electronic Arts full-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

The people there are awesome and they allow you to have input on the process.

    Cons

If I was to pick one thing it would be the rendering capabilities. I had to render locally on my computer which is slowed me down a little. Other than that, I loved the work!

    Advice to Management

Treat people lke you wanted to be treated. I was happy to be part of the team.
