    Disapproves of CEO

    Pros

Interesting work sometimes. Lots of very smart programmers and artists. Products are very stable, so job security is good if you know what you're doing.

    Cons

Not a place for real programmers, artists, and people who want to make games. Bean counting is all-important. Producers and managers run the show. Good place to get on your resume then out. No other game development companies in the area.

    Advice to Management

Reduce the corporatism and bureaucracy. Allow programmers and artists the freedom to innovate without fear of bean counters and schedule hounds.
