I have been working at Elements Massage full-time for more than a year

    Pros

Great for students who have a flexible schedule (willing to work nights/weekends). I cannot think of any other pros.

    Cons

Incredibly low pay (lowest in the industry, even though we promote "Best Massage). Very catty and toxic work environment with lots of favoritism among employees. You will be expected to go above and beyond the requirements of your job description without receiving any pay increase or bonus. Monthly massages are rare - you will be bumped. Advice to Management

Do not talk to your employees in the same tone you use to discipline your children, and do not talk to your via text employees after business hours! Your employees are human beings - they have lives outside of work, families, their own personal lives; keep work drama free! NOBODY wants to work somewhere that will most certainly impact their personal life so negatively.

    No opinion of CEO

I worked at Elements Massage part-time for more than a year

    Pros

They will keep you busy. This is the best place to gain experience in the field because they provide a perfect balance between number of treatments and employee benefits (e.g assistance with insurance renewals, complementary treatments, CEUs...)

    Cons

You may need to move fast between sessions to maintain client appointment schedules

    Advice to Management

Do not require employees to wear black. This color absorbs too much energy which is not conducive to the employee's health in a treatment room. Also, uniforms should not be polyester--these plastic fibers are wreaking havoc on our bodies and the Earth.
