I worked at Elements Massage full-time for less than a year

    Pros

free monthly massage, super discounted rate for extra massages, membership rate for family/friends. most of the employees seem like such fun people! the membership program is a great deal and is easy to sell.

    Cons

no health insurance, negative atmosphere this could be a really fun environment to work in! as it stands, it's SUPER negative. ALL the employees seem really put out by the manager and many say they're too afraid to talk to the owner about it because they think the manager has him fooled by sucking up to him. Advice to Management

I worked at Elements Massage part-time for more than a year

    Pros

They will keep you busy. This is the best place to gain experience in the field because they provide a perfect balance between number of treatments and employee benefits (e.g assistance with insurance renewals, complementary treatments, CEUs...)

    Cons

You may need to move fast between sessions to maintain client appointment schedules

    Advice to Management

Do not require employees to wear black. This color absorbs too much energy which is not conducive to the employee's health in a treatment room. Also, uniforms should not be polyester--these plastic fibers are wreaking havoc on our bodies and the Earth.
