Pros

The people who I worked with were professional and respectful of each other (except for one person). It made a world of difference coming from previous companies that had toxic cultures.

Cons

A colleague continued to make my life miserable. Manager didn’t handle it well and pretty much those actions of my manager basically were saying to me that this colleague would continue to get away with this kind of behavior.
