Remote work during covid. Nutrition aid kit (like an allowance) for those who make under 40k as an individual.
Cons
Middle management can make it difficult to transfer to other departments because they don’t want to lose you. If you work hard and quickly, you get more work assigned to you that then backs you up for the next day. Understaffed while corporate leaders agree to take on more providers with the same amount of staff, leading to burn out because we were constantly trying to keep our heads above the water

Great Entry Level Job

Great medical benefits and 6% 401k matching
Cons
Customer facing positions pay pretty low compared to back-office entry level positions, it feels unfair but that's the job market for ya. It's a relatively low-stress job at least in medicare supplement, and it gets pretty slow during non-peak seasons, so not a lot of OT available. I also love that it's remote!
