      Pros

      - Company has a Mission. Mission to help orphan kids get loving family.. - Company is dedicated to build world class platform to help families, adoption agencies and mainly the needy children. - Freedom to put across views and be part of decision making - Constant Encouragement and motivation

      Cons

      - Some times very long meetings - Bad hires: many times employees are not selected considering skillset and experience, people with no professionalism and ethics are hired who do lot of mocking, waste of office time and resources, they do not understand purpose of their own life and after fired - give bad feedbacks (As you can read on this platform)

      Pros

      The topic is adoption, which is positive generally. Employees take long breaks from work to laugh and vent, though that's more a con because their conversation generally surround how bad the CEO is.

      Cons

      Minimum pay. Poor benefits. CEO is the best micromanager I've ever met and all the employees say so. Don't try to question him. He seems so nice on the surface, but won't accept any input. He interrupts every 10 words while employees give presentations. CEO over-works employees. They do not pay interns. HR person doesn't even have a degree and has no pull.
