      Horrible and negative work environment, huge turn around, poor communication, horrible pay, don't feel valued or respected as an employee

      An incredible job with even better co workers. A unique nursing environment that you don’t get in the hospital setting

      Pros

      Plenty of PTO available at times.

      Cons

      The program is designed for failure. The kids don't have incentives to do well and lack of consequences. Higher management are disconnected from the reality of the program and could work 1-2 shifts to witness how well this is working.
