Pros
The training you get is very good. The co-workers are great, often step up to pick up any open shifts and there is a real sense of camaraderie. The experience is wonderful and doctors are very nice.
Cons
The pay seems low at first but the experience is incredible. The hours can be difficult but nothing that can't be dealt with.
