I worked at EllisDon full-time for more than 3 years

    Pros

-great projects -most people are a pleasure to work with -there are always opportunities to innovate and improve processes, knowledge documents, etc; everyone listens.

    Cons

-Work load distribution among team members based on $$ value and not complexity -No overtime pay even though there is an expectation to work ridiculous hours and Saturdays on some sites -Projects typically staffed with more inexperienced/new workers compared to knowledgeable workers due to quantity of ongoing projects and backlog; this further increases work and mentorship load for knowledgeable workers.... -Inexperienced managers running large projects into the ground. -Salary ranges are kept confidential and vary widely, a junior could be making more than a senior.
