      Pros

      The mission of Elwyn is still very admirable. Helping people with many different challenges is something that makes you feel good.

      Cons

      Everything else. Management, salaries, the working conditions, the lies, the lack of communication - these all lead to deplorable morale and people staying only because they have to.

      nice patients, a few supportive staff

      Cons

      middle mgmt is fractured and not always supportive losing staff and not replacing them creates added work terrible EMR
