    Pros

The company is doing well and seems to be fairly solid. If you are the right cultural fit and just want a steady job, this might be a good place for you. I am speaking from the admin side of things, corporate office, not from the medical side.

Salaries seem to be good, of course everyone wants to make more.

    Cons

The biggest issue with this company is the culture. It is run by many older guys and there just does not seem to be any type of fun factor. It feels like a very old company. C-suites wear suites, middle leaders wear ties. It is a pretty boring existence here.

There also seems to be this two layer work environment. The upper layer are the high ego C-suite, suite types, the lower layer, get the work done, employees.

    Advice to Management

This company need to start thinking like a technology company. Loose the jackets. There is no reason this place can't be fun. Get a room with some bean bag chairs and a TV.

Also, the C-suite needs to stop acting like the are better than everyone else.
