      Pros

      As an intern in the actuarial department, I gained lots of hands-on experience and will be using these skills throughout my future endeavors. EmPro has a great work culture and I was able to adapt very quickly through the many company-wide events!

      Pros

      Great on-site perks, such as a gym with locker rooms, café, game room, and plenty of parking

      Cons

      Medical benefits are not great and company structure is shifting; lots of layoffs, it almost seems like there may be some budgetary issues.
