Great feedback! We will work on providing better recognition - No excuse there we dropped the ball. On Bonus I will dig into this and better understand the circumstances. We do have some programs, for our clients, that don't budget bonus but we usually discourage them. I think that providing a path to a bonus is really important. Thanks again for your feedback! Leo
