Small company, so your voice has more of an impact than at a giant monolithic contractor.
Cons
Most of the people I worked with have moved on, I've since learned. I was there during the good times, but most of the company billings were apparently on a single contract for a now-defunct program. I'm guessing a lot of people got let go when it was killed (through no fault of the company/employees).
