      Pros

      Good opportunity to start a career. Access to courses.

      Cons

      The company literally left its employees without compensation in one country. The relocation program was - here is your money, move to another country and we MAY help you with the legal aspect. Really impolite, they don't really care. If you are working for Emrgen remember - your problems are only yours, even if there are some responsibilities written down and taken by Emergn. Your workload is up to you, if the project is demanding, you wouldn't get off the laptop.

      We are very grateful for our RU team and how they've contributed to Emergn's success. I know that our clients and so many more are equally saddened by what's happened regarding the war. While we are sensitive to the difficulties our employees and our company have experienced this year, Emergn has complied and will continue to follow all legal requirements to respond to our people in Russia.

      Pros

      Working within a great, supportive team with extensive knowledge and skills. By focusing on Value, Flow, and Quality, we help clients make significant leaps forward in product management, along with a comprehensive package that ensures lasting transformation. There are moments of joy when the lightbulbs go on, capabilities are sustained, and a mindset of continuous improvement and experimentation is adopted.

      Travel can be a significant part of the role, but it is driven by collaboration and client needs.

      Pros

      Small company, everyone knows everyone.

      Cons

      Lack of mentorship opportunities has led to stunted growth and development within the company. Emergn has very high turnover and a long history of hiring and letting people go before they can even complete 6 months at the company. I would not recommend this as a place of work at this time.
