    Pros

Enjoyed the many new projects in embedded computing. It used to be great place to work until they shipped most jobs overseas.

    Cons

They buy new companies on a regular basis, Transfer their IP overseas and then lay off all the workers except a few senior management that are brought into corporate. There is no feeling of stable employment.

    Advice to Management

Move the jobs back to the United States. For reference, look up 2008-2009 when president of Emerson went to Congess and stated that he is going to export every job he can until the US has a better business climate.

    Pros

The management was helpful, the atmosphere was fun and the tier incentives were great. I worked there during college and management was always willing to work with my schedule. Definitely worth it if you're looking for an entry level sales job.

    Cons

The hourly pay wasn't the best, but if you sell enough the tiers make up for it.

    Advice to Management

Push employees to find the value for the customer in each and every sale. Too many employees pushed features on customers when there was no benefit for the customer.
