      Pros

      My coworkers have a strong desire to make the best cheese in the country and the best work culture possible. I feel supported & appreciated in my current role and I am optimistic that there will opportunities to grow in my career in the future. The marketing team is the best I have everienced!

      Cons

      Cheese can be an old-fashioned category but Emmi Roth is making great strides to be a consumer centric, data & ecommerce driven company. It's an exciting time to be here.

      Pros

      Decent pay and a chilly environment

      Cons

      Lots of work when machine is not running correctly. Understaffed with quite a bit of mandatory overtime. Little to no extra help in my area when the machine is not running correctly.
