Flexible schedule and good training

Cons

policies specifically state 'do not pass customer call to supervisor' - tough to do when someone is calling with a sick child in need of immediate action on their authorization.

Advice to Management

Don't hide from conflict and empower your employees to resolve concerns immediately - the 24 - 48 hour service level promise for a return phone call is completely out of whack with any other company in this industry

    Pros

    You can work from home. Come in little late or someday leave early, they don't care as long as your work is done. Good place to start off your career.

    Cons

    Not much room to grow and you are under-paid.

    Advice to Management

    If you want to keep your employees, give them better raise and base salary is very low as compared to many other companies. That is one big reason people quit. It's better to pay current employees more to retain them rather than spending money on new PDPs

    Pros

    The starting pay is competitve for the postion, right at the top of the payscale. The office is also ideal in that it's centrally located near the Galleria. It's easy to be hired on here as they cannot keep talent.

    Cons

    No real organization of client materials. No real training on the client specifics is provided. Team leaders sabotage employees in order to save themselves as this disorganization causes major problems and a scapegoat is required. Misinformation is intentionally given, sometimes client specifics are intentionally withheld to the detriment of the client. Current and prospective clients have no idea how inefficiently and inaccurately their HR functions are handled by this office. Employees blatantly berated and threatened (documented) on a regular basis. TURNOVER IS EXTRMEMELY HIGH

    Advice to Management

    Hire new management. Perhaps not your friends, but those who are qualified to handle the job in a way that doesn't make employees quit in DROVES.
