    Positive Outlook

I have been working at Endurance International Group full-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

Pay is scale is very favorable. Good benefits package: health, dental, 401k. This may be particular to our office: we have office-wide catered lunch daily, light breakfast daily, and snacks are always available. I started with four weeks vacation, though I'm not sure that applies to everyone. Work-from-home is available for jobs that can allow it. Management seems down-to-earth. Atmosphere tends towards friendly and casual.

    Cons

Workload is pretty high, profit motive is strong, so there's little downtime during the day (for some of us that can also fit int the 'pro' category). Strong expectations can sometimes lead to work and life bleeding into each other - 40 hour weeks can be considered the minimum for some departments.

    Doesn't Recommend

    Pros

successful growing company that buys lots of small companies

    Cons

lots of senior managers in place with no management experience
it looks like they are firing senior employees again to make short term profits better while the VC owners try to sell them again. everyone that is left is looking for a new job in case they are next

    Advice to Management

your employees have lots of ideas on how to fix the company but your bad culture only gets you to the stuff your directors think you want to hear
