    Pros

    They provide lunch every month and breakfast every week.
     Prizes, bonuses and drawings.
    Accommodate for personal life, very flexible.
    Great benefits.

    Cons

    Unchanging environment with no ongoing training for advancement. High customer and employee turn over rate. Customer experience and frustration with outsourcing for more profits.

    Advice to Management

    Stop outsourcing, fix tools and create a new GUI interface that interacts with employees. Bring in outside managers to take over.

    Pros

    Very flexible
    pay was good (I hear that has changed)

    Cons

    not enough technical people and way overworked (50-60 hours week easy)
    no infrastructure to support the continuous migration strategy
    business model of buying other companies forever and no marketing for current customer base is not sustainable.
    top executives get fat $$ and dont care much about quality

    Advice to Management

    hire enough people to support the infrastructure that actually have technical skill and give them a reason to stay. Invest in some kind of real marketing strategy and move away from the small company mentality. You cant be small any more with that kind of customer base.
