      I was able to work Remotely and the team were so welcoming and understanding.

      Cons

      That I came in as a contractor rather than a full time employee under Enel. I only got paid hourly with no benefits

      Health insurance and some other benefits. Industry resilient

      Cons

      poor leadership direction and communication and employee retention. few folks have trust is leadership and c-suite. Human Resources may be worst in industry. Lots of time sitting in office on calls with other locations
