      Pros

      People you work with are nice, except office staff.

      Cons

      You do installs without a journeyman on site even if it’s at night and nobody is available to help if there’s a problem. Person in charge has no time for anybody but the chosen “people” or the people who just bow down to demands, they aren’t requests. This person is overbearing and lies to staff and upper management. They just believe it even if they are bringing down moral and risking people’s safety.

      Great people to work with below management level

      Cons

      A very low paying company. It was too low that it can't guarantee you a work-life balance. It was hardly enough to pay the bills. It's a sad place to work when you realize all the money you lose out on because of the greediness of the management. Tons of competitors are willing to pay you enough, so do not ever go here

      I had a wonderful boss

      you pay the company $229/month to work there. No benefits no insurance horrible commission. You have to pay for your own research. You pay them for training. If I do a deal anywhere from 4-5 other people make money off of me. Risk reward is out of whack. I between 125-150 call a week. The CEO is a poor man's Tony Robbins. Not worth your time. Turnover 100%.
