The people make the company and the company makes sure the people are happy. I've never worked in such a flat organization where your access to management and the executive staff is as easy as looking to your left or right. They foster such a great diverse and inclusive culture and it truly shows. We have internal and external events which are always fun.
Cons
we're growing so rapidly that we are outgrowing our space so it feels a bit cramped at times.

Great CEO/SVP Sales. Great people all around.
Cons
The product was ahead of its time and Sourcing isn't as big of a NEED as one would believe. Big name customers simply didn't believe the usage data we were providing. Too many competing products i.e LinkedIn.
