Pros

Good People, Great Brands to work with, Decent Corporate support, Alot of grand ideas and many industry professionals in our building. Location is also nice, right in the middle of downtown San Francisco.

Cons

A lot of turnover, reluctant management, Too much management, very few people executing. People are constantly absorbing more and more responsibility with no kickback from management. Employees are expected to give 200% to this job when management could care less.

Advice to Management

Employee Morale is awful. Check on your employees and ask what they need from time to time.

I worked at Entercom full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

Had a decent amount of freedom, some friendly coworkers, decent facilities to work in day to day. Able to move up the ladder if you work hard and show you are willing to learn.

    Cons

Employee backstabbing is common. A lot of people who are stressed to the point that they drink nightly. Bad communication, and very bad corporate transparency. You are not sure you will have a job tomorrow, as they cut positions you would think wouldn't be able to be.

    Advice to Management

Improve transparency within the company. If you are eliminating a position, try to move the person into another fulltime position that they would be able to do, or at least show some effort that you care and they aren't just a number.
