    Pros

Met amazing people and wonderful friends.

    Cons

THey will overwork you while they underpay you. They will hire you with the expectations of being promoted quickly, never happens. They tend to hire alot of people at once and then within 3 months state they have no more work and fire in groups, telling the people left they are safe, and then 1 week later your let go. I was there for over a year and saw many people being used and abused. They do not know how to run a company. I would never ever advise anyone to work here.

    Advice to Management

Close down and take some business managment classes, some ethics classes, and some Social skills classes.

    Pros

    Great people to work with

    Cons

    - Expected to be able to work at any time
    - little to no recognition or compensation for hard work
    - Employee morale is not taken into consideration

    Advice to Management

After laying off 90% of the company in 2011, you kept a "core" group of employees around because you believed that they were essential to the business. However, this core group (or any employee for that matter,) was not held in that regard. After promising to do it for over a year, You picked an insurance policy that was in no way affordable. This could have been avoided had you talked to some of the employees that were counting on these benefits. During a Lull period you spent a large amount of money on an upgrade that was not needed while avoiding the annual raise to the "core" group. So my advice is this: It costs money to train new employees. Invest in your employees and it will raise morale and raise loyalty to the company.
