Cons
There is no pay structure. Nobody knows what top pay is. You’re told not to discuss hourly pay with coworkers. Hard work doesn’t pay off, it just gives you more work. High stress chaotic and everything is last min. If you’re good at what you do you will not get transferred so you’re stuck there.
