    Approves of CEO

    Pros

Great place to start your career. Great people to work with and learn from.... Decent money for recent college graduates.

    Cons

Work life balance sucks. I work a ton of hours And can never take a day off because they run the offices so lean. You get 17 days off that you can never seem to use...

    Advice to Management

Leaders are great people but very narrow minded sometimes. They get set in their ways and don't listen to the people that R in the branches everyday.

    Disapproves of CEO

    Pros

They teach you basic principles on how to run a business and provide great sales training.

    Cons

You will work 55+ hours a week and start out making $32000. It's very cut throat and has high turnover. Management promotes based on favorites and dislikes sharing any opinions other than the ones they share.

    Advice to Management

Try to ensure the "work life balance" you preach about. Stand behind your employees and worry less about every dollar youre making and more about the people helping you make those dollars!
