Current Employee - Management Trainee in Topeka, KS
Current Employee - Management Trainee in Topeka, KS
No opinion of CEO

Pros

There's is room to move up. If you can sell. That means you sometimes get bad managers that were good sales people.

Cons

Low pay. Stressful working environment. Long hours. Angry angry customers. Lots of pressure to sell coverages, it's really all they care about. They want you to think they're selective in the hiring process. They aren't. They hire almost anyone. That's why they lose half of new hires in less than a year.

Advice to Management

Pay the new hires more. 11.75 per hour is not enough. The job should be called "sales trainee" that's what it is.
