I worked at Enterprise full-time (Less than a year)

Pros

Good experience, looks great on resume if you can stick it out
Working with all young people
Good networking in any city

Cons

Low pay
48 hr work weeks do not include the mandatory hour-long lunch break. You spend a lot of time away from home.
If you are good seller, you are expected to manage a store. Really no other option, so not a good work choice for people not interested in management.

Advice to Management

Pay more. Embrace a 40 hour work week.

    Pros

Enterprise teaches you ever aspect of how to run a business. They set you up with the right tools to run your store as if it was your personal business.

    Cons

Long Hours and had to work two sturdays a month, and promotion is not gaureented. They also will transfer you to other offices that you might be against goin to.

    Advice to Management

To actually make the promotions to the people that need it and earn them, and not just telling them its gonna happen. that false hope is never a good thing

I worked at Enterprise full-time (More than 5 years)

    Pros

You can make great money as you receive a percentage of the profit as a branch manager. The training in customer service and sales is first class.

    Cons

Horrible retention rate due to the company's belief that if you are a branch manager for more than a year without getting promoted then the company believes you have lived out your usefulness. The company has also been known to reduce your pay percentage even though you sign an agreement confirming your pay before starting. The chances of getting promoted past this position are very low so that combined with the 50 hour work week causes most branch managers quit within a year in my experience.
