I worked at Enterprise as an intern (Less than a year)

Pros

learned about sales and how to deal with unruly customers

Cons

didn't like selling insurance that no one wanted. I was just an intern but it seemed like the full time workers didn't like the hours/job (10 hours a day, very fast paced)

Advice to Management

I liked upper management

I have been working at Enterprise full-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

Very truthful the interview process (hard to understand blogger's complaints because the job duties, responsilities, expectations, salary, etc. They were clearly disclosed beforebeing hired); a very sales-oriented organization (if you THINK your a salesperson, this is NOT the job for you); a very fast paced environment (ideal for individuals believed to be adult ADHD or get bored easily); must love, and respect, all types of people (especially when you are being treated badly). You get to drive nice cars on a daily basis.

    Cons

The computer system is horrible (at least 20 years behind) but so is the greater Cincinnati area; other than that, no complaints.

    Advice to Management

Explain to potential new trainees that work life balance does not mean working 40 hours per week (the average work week for most professional organizations is 50-55 per week); tell potential trainees that college their days are over and they must grow up (unless you have a specialized career, one should not look to make $50,000 a year right out of college, one must work hard alot of years to earn that amount).
