I worked at Enterprise full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

Great training program, good name recognition. If you are able to stick it out and get promoted you become very desirable to potential employers.

    Cons

Long hours (70+hour weeks for managment), little support from upper managment, can be very highstress during peek periods, poor work/life balance and even worse compensation.

I have been working at Enterprise full-time (More than 5 years)

    Pros

    Looks good on a resume
You do learn a lot in a short period of time
There are some great people working in the trenches with you

    Cons

60-70 hours per week if you want your branch to succeed
Constant write-ups and threats if anyone says anything that they don't like whether it is a lie or not
No 'REAL' training - it is 95% jump in the fire
Very very high stress, constant customer abuse and you can't do anything about it
Very poor pay for the hours you work
It will most likely take you 5+years to earn a decent paycheck for the hours you work
Absolutely NO work/life balance, you will most likely lose all your friends and family and only socialize at (mandatory) voluntary happy hours - otherwise you are not a team player.

    Run Away!!!

    Advice to Management

The founding values are excellent, but how are you truly making sure that the message you create is really being translated in the regions and areas? Via Presidents Award? EAA? That is not a true indication of the people. What is the point of taking the bi-annual survey of employees if nothing improves? Balance? That's a joke!
