Pros

Great place to learn about people and business.
Great place to get very valuable experience if you plan on moving around in same industry
Looks very good on a resume

Cons

No work life balance
Money isn't worth the time and stress dealt with
Very sneaky upper management
Found out that culture is company wide and not isolated
More emphasis put on sales vs service(keeps customers coming back)
Very Very high turn-over rate

Advice to Management

You have the ability to change the culture in the company one Region and Group at a time. The company could go soooo much further if the attitude was changed.
