I worked at Enterprise full-time (More than 3 years)

Pros

Training is excellent and promotion track is laid out very specifically. Job security is high. Very fun, outgoing environment. Fast pace sales environment. Ability to be a manager and over see all aspects of the business in a short amount of time.

Cons

Politics play a large role in who is promoted. You may have the best numbers in the region but your relationship with the area managers will outweigh any numbers you have.

Advice to Management

Really take a look at each individual and their managing styles to best pair them with a branch. Place them according to their sales style and do some research in each market to determine such. Also, promote people based on their ability to manage people, revenue streams, and relationships as opposed to strictly numbers and politics.

I worked at Enterprise full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

If you can sell well then you can move up fast. Most of the branch employees are recent graduates and are good people looking to make a difference. Good place to start your career.

    Cons

Over worked and underpaid for most people paying off college debt and taking care of living expenses. Upper Management constantly demands more from the branches and makes empty promises for providing the tools needed to meet those demands.

    Advice to Management

Give your branch managers the help they need and they will be able to grow the company and profits much more efficiently.

I have been working at Enterprise full-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

Awesome company, great benefits, I really like everyone I've met including the President of Arizona, good pay, stable work

    Cons

You're shuffled around where you're needed. You could go to one location one day and a different the next. Depending on who you are, this may not be a con for you. You only earn 36k based on the overtime achieved. Alot of hustle

    Advice to Management

Share more in-depth during the interview process of the potential of being bumped around to various offices. I'm looking to leave based on this alone.
