Pros

Great benefits
Great training
Great learning experience to understand how to run any business
Everyone starts as an Management Trainee and get promoted from there

Cons

Hours are rough, 7-6 with a flex when you work weekends.
Pay is hourly, and not that great when you work 46-49 hours a week

Advice to Management

Pay employees better and don't make everything based off Protection stats, or if you do pay people based on their sales to motivate them a little more. But over all this is a good company that offers great chances of for career advancement

I worked at Enterprise full-time (More than 3 years)

    Pros

It is a good place to learn the breadth of the car rental business.

    Cons

The company says it will reward hard work through advancement but that seldom was the case. The pay for hard, long days and evenings of work was insulting. Having a response to questions about pay or even sometimes serious issues just relating to work could take weeks if not longer. Much to consider before climbing on board.

    Advice to Management

Don't just automatically believe a manager's words about a problem. Truly value the employee who works in the trenches every day and have your own managers work in the trenches beside those employees...OFTEN.

I worked at Enterprise full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

The people you work with will be long-term friends
    Resume Builder
Every job you have after will be much easier and much higher pay for much less hours
"No Drug Testing" -said me to by one employee while I was waiting for my final interview

    Cons

    Incredibly Low Pay
    Horrible Hours
Few people at or above Branch Manager that an educated person will actually respect
You know it's bad when Managers have to lie about how much they make as a tool to "impress" employees and to keep people from quitting
Seeing at least one Female coworker cry a week due to the job

    Advice to Management

You lose the people you should actually be trying to keep by promoting lies and deceit to sell an unnecessary product and overworking them
The people that stay DEFINITELY drink the kool-aid and it is actually creepy how much they support a company that overworks and underpays them so while screwing over customers. Sad...
This isn't the military and your break them down build them up style will only keep the lemmings who are unfortunate not to be able to think for themselves enough to leave.
