I worked at Enterprise full-time (Less than a year)

Pros

They pay you
Interviewers have a sense of pity for you when they see ERAC on your resume

Cons

Working 55+ workweeks
pressure to lie to make sales of a useless product
potential danger (for women esp)--driving around random dudes, picking them at their house or whatever address they give you, and walking alone at night down back alleys of mechanic shops where mechanics can say, flash you. Going to apartment complexes to repo cars

Advice to Management

Pay according to the job. The pay for Management Trainees is akin to server pay. People either despise working here or they drink the kool-aid and would lay down their lives for this place. It's weird.

I have been working at Enterprise full-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

You learn a lot. You gain experiences you never thought you would working for a rental car company.

    Cons

The hours are very long and taxing. You get thrown into the sea without a life vest and they tell you to swim. You get assign tasks that are not in your job description or pay grade. It is not a job to become a manager. You are a glorified salesperson which is all upper management cares about.

    Advice to Management

Be more honest in the interview process about the salary and hours. Its not all about the sales number. Customer service is preached but rarely rewarded. Sales is everything which is not what the company claims to stand for.

Valuable lessons on running your own business

    Cons

Hours tend to be long, especially when you are a family orientated.

    Advice to Management

Employees are your assets, treat them as such.
