    Pros

The company does teach you how to run an office/small business, but they pay you peanuts along the way. The upper management spends a considerable amount of time with the up and comers and they mentor their own.

    Cons

Unfortunately, the business model doesn't allow for flexibility, great salaries, or in house decision making. As a manager, you rarely determine your employees, your branch needs or the business you conduct

    Advice to Management

Often promotions fall to the questionable candidate since sales and numbers can be unscrupulously manipulated. Untrustworthy managers are rarely good ones. The hours and salary make turnover rampant but insisting on hiring select fews keep the employee numbers too low for anyone to expect a efficient working envirionment. However, more turnover increases promotions ans sustains employee moral for a limited time. In the end, its only the top of the pyramid that hits it big.

    Pros

Pay for performance. Challenging atmosphere. Weekends off and reasonable hours

    Cons

sometimes too concerned over metric numbers vs overall. Often time difficult to get upper management to help when needed.

    Advice to Management

Make sure that you are involved with each of your locations and provide consistent training to all employees, new and veteran.
