Pros

Enterprise not only allows employees to grow and develop at an accelerated pace but also demonstrate strong customer service ability. By forcing employees to provide excellent service and post solid scores all around in order to be eligible for promotion.

Cons

While Enterprise does provide a strong opportunity for career development and growth the long hours and sometimes biased views of upper management can affect the overall outlook the company provides.

Advice to Management

sometimes numbers aren't always a true sample of a persons qualifications. An employee with a positive mindset and drive may be a better option than a great salesperson who is only looking for a short term job.

    Like leadership, sales, negotiation, and top notch customer service

    Cons

    I worked at Enterprise full-time

    Pros

    Company Car, Commission but you have to work for it, Vacation Time

    Cons

    No movement availability; Employees look around how many people do you see move past the manager position; Over worked, Overworked, Overworked;

    Advice to Management

    Area Managers; Group Managers; and GM's practice what you preach go work in an office for a week or even a full day. I guarantee that most would fizzle out after a week b/c the job has changed so much since they have been in an office. You have lost touch with your employees.
