I have been working at Enterprise full-time (Less than a year)

Pros

Its fun to pick up people and get away from the branch for a while
You meet some interesting customers that can get you to laugh

Cons

Work 12 hour shifts with no lunch break or help
Paycheck will make you cry when bills are due
The only way to move up is to have no soul

Advice to Management

Do something productive like approve a higher hourly wage.

I worked at Enterprise full-time (More than 5 years)

    Pros

Full health benefits and 401k (w 3% matching) after 60-90 days
    Recession proof industry
No previous training necessary, all you need is a bachelors or 5 years commission sales experience
    Fun people to work with
    Good management training
Able to move to different departments of the company if you don't like rental
    Good discounts for personal rentals

    Cons

Long hours and you work on Saturdays
You're an hourly employee until you get promoted, then you are salary and commission in management
You have to wash cars in your suit
Good customer service is not for the faint of heart, so be ready to bend over backwards and work hard
Rain, sleet or snow, you go into work. Very rarely does Enterprise close
All the family will come out of the woodwork for rental hook ups

    Advice to Management

Don't just preach work life/balance, actually put it in practice and don't let your employees get burnt out.

I have been working at Enterprise full-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

I felt like I was having a conversation which made it very easy to answer the questions being asked. Good thing because I was very nervous.

    Cons

The company has a four interview process however I have read they do not always take four interviews to hire. I think this is overkill.

    Advice to Management

Shorten your interview process. I always do my research before I go to an interview on a company. Your company seems to have good reviews but what I am reading is you are asking the same questions at each process. I will also say I am looking at this job not for the starting pay but for the opportunities in advancement and compensation it offers. I am a long term thinker. If hired I plan on working for your company for a long time.
