I have been working at Enterprise part-time (Less than a year)

Pros

You drive NICE cars. I drove a 2014 mustang convertible last time at work.

Cons

I have a great manager but service agents are not treated like people sometimes in the company.

I worked at Enterprise full-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

Good culture, good management, overall great experience. Gives you sales experience that you will be able to use where ever you go.

    Cons

If you are not into sales, this may not be the position for you. As an intern, you are trying to sell and are ranked among the other inters. You must be competitive and results driven.

I worked at Enterprise full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

Great Customer service and sales training
    Fun People outgoing, very social
Teaches you to be a working adult - and every other company will feel like a breeze after!

    Cons

The hours are terrible - esp working in Boston/Airport ..be ready for 12-14hr hour days and as a manager - no lunch breaks, every weekend, way after and before operating hours too. Sick days and vacation don't exist. They really take advantage of hard - working "wet behind the ears" college grads and dangle promotions to get you to think you want to be working there.

    Advice to Management

Listen to your employees and respect their career goals. If you want to keep good people you should develop and RESPECT the people that stick around.
