Approves of CEO

I have been working at Enterprise full-time (More than 3 years)

Pros

Good People to work with. The days are very busy and will teach you to manage your time effectively and develop a solid sales experience.

Cons

Work Life balance is very hard to juggle. You will work long hours and the compensation is not competitive enough.

I worked at Enterprise full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

    Not much.

    Co-workers are great.

Looks good on a resume for getting a much better job

    Cons

    Too many to list.
    Pay is terrible.
Work-Life Balance is non existent. Company is not flexible about employees life outside of work.
Great job if you hate seeing your spouse and kids.

pay and corporate structure is similar to a pyramid scheme. Everyone profits off the bottom feeders success and sales. And the bottom feeders don't get a pay raise until they get promoted. The pay raise is useless considering the hours and amount of responsibility you work.

Upper management doesn't care about you. They want you to stay so it doesn't hurt their retention. You are replaceable since everyone is paid the same. It is easier for them to keep you because you are trained then to have to be short staffed and wait for a new hire.

any upper management that loves enterprise has already drunk the kool-aid and is naive about the countless better jobs they are wasting their career not having.

    Advice to Management

Your archaic pay and work structure does not work anymore. Stop being greedy lining your pockets with money and playing golf while the MTs and MAs put there blood, sweat, and tears into running your business. I'm sure it was so easy getting promoted before there was a branch in every single city so all the stories about how you "did it" are stupid. Times are different. Pay your employees.
