I have been working at Enterprise full-time (More than 5 years)

    Pros

ERAC offers great benefits and employee discounts.

    Cons

Zero work life balance. I have worked mutilple 12 plus hour days in a row. Not enough recognition of hard work done. Very greedy.

    Advice to Management

Invest in your employees. Work Life Balance is neglected.

I have been working at Enterprise full-time (More than 10 years)

    Pros

    - Great training program, 30% classroom training and 70% on the job. If you're a hard worker and enjoy sales and service you can catch on quickly!
    - Great promotability! On average, you can become an Assistant Manager (salary plus commission) within 10 - 18 months.
    - Multiple career paths: Rental, HR, Car Sales, Airport program, Corporate Account Marketing
    - Everybody starts as a MT or similar entry-level position. I never have to teach my boss how to do their job because they started from the ground up just like me
    - Family owned and has true fundamental values and business ethics
    - Very involved in community (Chamber of Commerce, United Way, various fund-raising events)

    Cons

    - It is long hours but coming from the hotel industry where I was working 60+ hours a week with no upward mobility, this is an easier workload! And my hard work in sales & service has been rewarded quickly.

    Advice to Management

Continue doing what you're doing! Thank you for all the one-on-one time you spend with me
