    Pros

    - Great Benefits
    - Looks great on your resume
    - Teaches and instills a great work ethic
    - Great discounts on rental cars worldwide

    Cons

    - Always understaffed (extremely stressful)
    - Terrible hours
    - There is no such thing as having a home life with this job
    - Hours do not change until you get to a higher position (Area Manager or higher - least amount it will take to reach that position = 5-7 years)
    - When you reach the salary level (Asst. manager), your salary is low because it is based a lot on branch profitability...if you are based at a branch that isn't successful, your doomed from the start. (pro: it could be a great challenge for some)

    Advice to Management

Staff enough, and truly value the happiness of your workers. Happiness means more home life is needed in the balance of home/work life. Its nearly impossible to work this job, if you are planning on starting a family (their is no balance)
