    Pros

This company is great for a recent college grad looking to gain experience to add to a resume. You learn how to operate all aspects of a business including budgets and customer service. The main lesson that will be learned is how to work with different personalities and being able to stay true to who you are no matter what situation may come about.

    Cons

In the interview they tell you the amount of hours you will work a week but that isn't fully understood until you begin working. You will be working between 47-52 hours/week, unless you get another email from corporate telling of a "work-life balance" and your hours will be cut again. The level is stress in this position is absolutely ridiculous, from the first customer with a major complaint at 7:30 am to being cursed out by a customer behind their misunderstanding of the rental process. There is NO COMMISSION, and employees aren't appreciated by upper management. Some of the expectations are impossible to meet and all of the work that is assigned is almost impossible to complete in one day as well but you must find a way to do it with a smile or risk being written up.

    Advice to Management

Show appreciation to employees more often and give more opportunities for networking outside of happy hour. Give more help in the branch and don't expect miracles when an office is understaffed or hire more help. Lastly, upper management needs to understand that in some areas of the country the ESQI and Sales #'s will not balance out it's either going to be one or the other but not both especially if you are in an area where damage done to cars is a daily event and ESQI survey calls are given to the majority of customers with unsolvable issues
