Approves of CEO

I have been working at Enterprise full-time (More than 3 years)

Pros

Prepares you to run your own business, gives you a lot of autonomy to make decisions, can go far if you are self driven and career-oriented. Ability to get promoted quickly IF you put in the work. Promote from within, so all supervisors have been where you are at in your current position. Ability to make a lot of money

Cons

Long hours (typically 50-60 hours a week once you're in a management role), can be stressful at times, especially if you don't have proper staffing. A lot of pressure from managers, employees, and customers, can feel like you're being pulled in a lot of different directions.

I have been working at Enterprise full-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

The training program you receive during the first year working with the company is amazing. I've learned more combined, I feel than 4 years of college at times. Everyone is always there to help you succeed and do well. You also are able to move to different branches every few months so you learn how to run a business with different managers and relate to the area depending on the clientel.

    Cons

The hours are very long and do consume you daily activities. We are allowee flex time once a week, but regardless a 7am to 630 pm day give or take is long. Starting salary isn't the best either, but you do well in your tests and maintain high sales numbers and you will do well in terms of being promoted. Also, sometimes customers are plain out and simple: RUDE. You have to know how to handle them
